Weight Management
Michigan State University Extension’s weight management agenda educates residents on how to manage their individual body mass index by supplying affordable nutrition education combined with physical activity. With an increased emphasis on obesity reduction, the goal is to reach individuals who will adapt positive behavioral changes in their daily habits to manage their own weight and improve the weight of members in their family for an overall healthier community and state.
