to table. Michigan State University Extension offers high-quality and
affordable education to Michigan residents to increase awareness and knowledge
and improve skills as they relate to food and water safety. Programs educate on
personal hygiene, safe storage and temperatures, transportation, unsafe
environments and cross-contamination
