Positive leadership can help individuals, organizations and communities become more prosperous and sustainable. One of the core functions of Michigan State University Extension is increasing the leadership skills of individuals and organizations. MSU Extension seeks to enable each resident and community group of all sizes to participate fully in the life of our democracy. MSU Extension offers several classroom-based leadership development training programs and educational resources for those wishing to enhance their leadership skills.
