Artisan Hands-on Basic Cheese Making Workshop

This three-day class is designed for people who have never made cheese and those who want to improve their skills in order to enter the cheese business.  The workshop will be held on the MSU campus in East Lansing on June 21-23, 2017.  The workshop flyer contains more details about the agenda and registration. Commodity Market Update - 2017

This bi-monthly program will be held at the Sanilac County MSU Extension office in Sandusky on:

  • June 27
  • Aug. 22
  • Oct. 24
  • Dec. 19

Each program runs from 10 a.m. to noon except Oct 24. from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. They also will be available as live webinars.
