Consumer's Guide to Credit Cards

As a consumer, it pays to be smart when choosing and using a credit card. The Consumer's Guide to Credit Cards is a website that is maintained by the Federal Reserve Board, whose goal is to protect the credit rights of consumers. Consumer's Guide to Credit Cards provides a basic roadmap to navigating the credit card process.  You can learn about interest rates and fees, what to do if your card is lost or stolen, dealing with billing errors and how to manage your credit.
