Facilitative Leadership Lite is an introductory program based on the lessons taught in the multi-day Facilitative Leadership workshop, and is designed to build and strengthen the skills and personal confidence necessary to lead and facilitate productive meetings.

The “Lite” version is a 6-hour workshop targeted to groups who have limited time to invest, yet want to learn basic facilitative techniques, tools and skills that are useful in leading a group discussion and keeping groups focused.

Participants will increase their understanding of effective leadership and practice skills to help groups:

  • Discuss issues productively.
  • Generate creative ideas and solutions.
  • Reach consensus.
  • Set clear outcome-based goals.
  • Create action plans bound to succeed.
  • Effectively record a group’s collective work.

Participants are introduced to these concepts and techniques and are provided an opportunity to practice learned skills. The program is offered for a fee upon request.
