Michigan companies enter into major contract through MEDC - Pure Michigan business connect.

Consumers Energy and Moran Iron Works entered into a $19 million contract to supply major environmental safety filters to the energy company. This contract benefits both companies by cutting costs and creating new jobs, as well as helping protect our environment.

Recently, the MEDC and Ford Motor Company held a Matchmaking Summit that included the car manufacturer as well as 30 of their top tier suppliers. This summit allowed companies of all sizes to meet with potential buyers and suppliers. To see a video recap of the event, visit Ford Supplier Event.

Companies like Consumers Energy, Moran Iron Works, Ford Motor Company, and others, throughout the state continue to connect and gain contracts with other Michigan companies to get a leg up on their competitors and continue to invest in Michigan.
