This simple, quick and anonymous survey will help Michigan State University Extension serve conifer growers better.

Michigan State University Extension is dedicated to providing valuable services, education and resources to support the enhancement of Michigan’s conifer growing industries. In an effort to gauge our impact, we are asking Michigan conifer industry members to take our new survey, the Conifer Grower’s Disease Questionnaire.

Your input will be used to drive our research focus and ensure that new detection tools, disease management strategies, educational materials and programming target the most at-risk tree species and serious pathogens. The data collected will also help us determine the best way to provide you with relevant disease management information.

This simple, quick and anonymous survey can be completed online in about 15 minutes from a computer, tablet or mobile device. Just click on this link to begin: Conifer Grower’s Disease Questionnaire.
