Food safety DVD's available

The Northwest Michigan Horticultural Research Station (NWMHRS) has a stock of food safety DVD’s available for growers. These DVD’s serve as food safety training for on-farm employees. Growers that will undergo a food safety audit in 2009 will need to train employees and verify this training. These DVD’s were created by CornellUniversity and have fulfilled New York grower needs for on-farm training. DVD’s are available at the NWMHRS for $20.
