Bed bugs are just plain gross!

A new bed bug slide show is available on the MSU Diagnostic Services web site.

I have been rewriting the Household Insect Chapter for the new Master Gardener Volunteer Program Manual for the past several months (actually, for over a year – sorry, Mary). An important section in this chapter will cover bed bugs, which have reached epidemic proportions in the United States.

To accompany this section in the manual, I have put together a little power point presentation on their biology and habits and the difficulties involved in controlling bed bugs in homes. MSU Extension educators, Master Gardener volunteers and others can preview this presentation at MSU Diagnostic Services website.
