Children and Youth Institute
Kendra is a Senior Extension Educator with Michigan State University Extension and has provided leadership on a variety of programs that center around families, children and youth. She currently works in the Preparing Michigan’s Children and Youth Institute and focuses on child and family development including early childhood education, working with 4-H Cloverbuds, family enrichment and supporting military families. She works with a variety of audiences including military families. Her educational programming focuses on building resiliency and life skills within children and youth and Extension education with parents and caregivers of young children. Kendra also serves as the 4-H Military Liaison working with military families and partners across the state to provide programming and support for military families.
