Dawn Earnesty is an extension educator with Michigan State University Extension who works in the area of health and nutrition. Dawn has been with Extension for almost 9 years and provides statewide support for nutrition and physical activity policy, system and environmental nutrition education with child care providers and worksites. Dawn currently serves as a principal investigator on two research studies working on improving the nutrition and physical activity environments of in-home child care providers. Dawn is a registered dietitian and has a Masters of Science from Eastern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science from Mcihgian State University in dietetics. Dawn is also in her third year as a PhD student at Michigan State in the Food Science and Human Nutrition department.
