This is a series of food preservation classes that teaches youth skills on how to safely can, pickle and freeze food. It is a hands-on class and the students can go home with a sample of the product that they can then enter at the fair.

Open to youth 8 - 19 years old.
Cost: $35 for 4-H members or $45 for non 4-H members
