Learn guidelines for using appropriate consequences as a means to help teens correct typical behavior problems.
During this workshop participants will:
- Explore the relationship between teen development and their need to learn their actions have consequences.
- Understand why consequences are more effective than punishment.
- Distinguish between use of rewards, natural consequences and logical consequences.
- Identify guidelines for following through with consequences.
