The Michigan Association of Planning, in partnership with the Michigan Safe Routes to School program, is launching its fouth Annual Transportation Bonanza!
This multidisciplinary event brings together professionals from planning, education, transportation, health, engineering, natural resource and environmental protection, architecture, landscape architecture, and more to connect around the topic of community building for health and accessibility.
Who Should Attend?
Professional planners, appointed local decision makers (like planning commissioners, and zoning board of appeals members), elected governmental leaders (like city council, townhip board members, and county commissioners), elected school board members, school officials (administrators, superintendents, transportation directors, finance managers, school facility planners, and principals), health professionals and administrators, transportation engineers, planners and policy experts, state agency representatives with a stake in transforming the built environment (DEQ, MDOT, DELEG, MSHDA, MDA, MDE, and others), urban planning and design students.
Six AICP Certification Maintenance Credits (pending approval) and six Master Citizen Planner Education Credits will be available.
