Tired of out-spoken individuals (adults or young people) taking over meetings or making decisions by themselves that the whole group should rightfully make?  Are you looking for some new tools and techniques you can use to lead fun, productive meetings?  In this workshop, you’ll learn and practice a variety of handy, easy-to-use techniques for facilitating and leading meeting and groups, gain skill in using a variety brain-storming techniques, practice using decision-making and consensus-building tools and gain confidence leading and speaking in front of others.

Teen Facilitative Leadership is an interactive and fun program aiming to increase leadership competency among teens.  The goals are to help teens increase their understanding of facilitative leadership, gain skill in using effective brain-storming techniques, practice using decision-making and consensus-building tools and gain confidence leading and speaking in front of others. Adult volunteers who work with youth are also welcome to attend and participate.

Cancellations should be directed to the Event Organizer, Brian Wibby, with as much advance notice as possible.
