Teen Cuisine is a curriculum and handbook designed for teaching teens from 6th to 12th grade about healthy living through a cooking-based program. Each of the six lessons focus on cooking skills while teaching teens nutrition, food safety and physical activity. Each lesson builds on the next while giving the student time to practice their new skills and develop new understanding and habits regarding personal nutrition and health.

This class will be held on Mondays only from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
