Stress Less with Mindfulness

Stress Less through Mindfulness is a five-week (Monday evening) class series for adults who are looking for ways to manage the many life stressors that can make life seem difficult. The class begins on Monday, January 26, 2015 from 5 – 6:30 p.m. for five weeks. The class series will be held at 171 Dawson St, Sandusky, MI in the conference room. This is a FREE class series. Research has shown that practicing mindfulness is effective in reducing stress, depression, and anxiety.
The five class sessions are:
- Jan. 26—Begin with the Breath
- Feb 2— Mindful Eating
- Feb 9— Mindful Walking & Thought Surfing
- Feb 16— Be Kind to Your Mind
- Feb 23— Laughter is Good Medicine
