Mindfulness is a practice of becoming aware of our thoughts and actions. It is paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally. Research shows that practicing everyday mindfulness is good for our physical and emotional health. This program was developed by West Virginia University Extension.

Cost is FREE but space is limited, please register by Monday, January 19, 2015.
