Stress Less with Mindfulness

Stress Less with Mindfulness, developed by West Virginia University Extension, is a five-week class series for adults. Classes will he held on Tuesdays; March 8, 15, 22, and April 5, 2016. Extension Educator, Gail Innis, will facilitate the class topic sharing research that has shown that practicing mindfulness is effective in reducing stress, depression and anxiety.
