Stress Less with Mindfulness

Content: Stress Less through Mindfulness is a five-week (Wednesday evening) class series for adults who are looking for ways to manage the many life stressors that can make life seem difficult. The class begins on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 5 – 6:30 p.m. for five weeks.The class series will be held at Tuscola MSU Extension, 362 Green Street, Caro, MI in the conference room. This is a FREE class series. Research has shown that practicing mindfulness is effective in reducing stress, depression, and anxiety.

The five class sessions are:

  • July 1—Begin with the Breath
  • July 8— Mindful Eating
  • July 15— Mindful Walking & Thought Surfing
  • July 22— Be Kind to Your Mind
  • August 5— Laughter is Good Medicine
