Stress Less with Mindful Eating Workshop

Are you an emotional eater? Are you stressed and looking for techniques to reduce stress? Mindful eating can be an effective strategy for eating less, enjoying food more and reducing stress. Join us to learn more about the benefits of mindful eating. Those attending will receive a coupn to attend the Stress less with Mindfulness series free of charge.
