  • FSMA Preparation – Appropriate Solutions for Small Scale Farms and Food Operators Speakers: Tim Slawinski (MDARD), Phil Tocco (MSU Extension), and Mariel Borgman (MSU Extension at the Kalamazoo Valley Food Innovation Center)
  • Food Safety Manuals & SOPs – Importance of documentation for GAP and Group GAP Speakers: Michelle Walk (MSU Extension) and Vivien McCurdy (KVCC)
  • Panel Discussion – Good Agricultural Practice Certification and other Inspections Speakers: Phil Tocco, Tim Slawinski, and local farmers
