Setting the Stage: Promoting Social Emotional Health in Young Children

Social and emotional development, a critical aspect of overall brain development, begins at birth. Social-emotional skills are nurtured through daily routine, language and play. These skills affect a child’s ability to adapt to school and form successful relationships throughout their life. Tips and tools for building these critical tools will be offered. This March is Parenting Awareness Month Activity is offered at the Brighton District Library. Registration begins on March 10. Please call (810) 229-6571 ext 223 to register.
