Join MSU Extension’s Early Childhood Education staff for a one-hour online training opportunity. Choose from two times and connect through your computer and learn about a variety of topics! Sessions will last 45 minutes with 15 minutes for questions and answers. Participants that attend and actively participate will receive a certificate of completion for one training hour emailed directly to them.
Working Together to Develop the Early Literacy Skills of Infants and Toddlers: Literacy development begins at birth! These critical pre-reading skills set the stage for children to be ready to learn when they enter Kindergarten. Learn more about why early literacy development is so important and how you can help very young children become successful readers by third grade.
WHEN: Dec. 5, 2017
TIME: 1 – 2 p.m. or 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. (choose one time and register below, log in a few minutes early to test your connection)
HOW: Once you register a receipt and confirmation will be emailed to you. The link to the online training will be emailed to each paid participant the day before the training.
COST: $5 per person (each person must register separately in order to receive a completion certificate even if participating from the same physical site)
