This program features Michigan dairy producers and their veterinarians illustrating their various approaches to getting cows pregnant in a timely manner.

The program is from 10 a.m. to Noon —  Lunch will be served (RSVP required).

Three Michigan dairy producers: John VerHaar (with herdsman Troy Thuemmel), Ed Zimba, Franklin Heatwole, and their veterinarians from Thumb Veterinary Services including Dr. Mark Fox will discuss their current reproductive management strategies and why they are working for them.  Different management practices from small to large to organic farms will be discussed.

Drs. J. Richard Pursley and Kathy Lee will lead discussions.

There is no charge, however, pre-registration is required at least 2 days prior to the event.
