Stress less with Mindfuless is a 5 session series for adults.  Topics include; Mindful breathing, Mindful eating, Thought surfing, Be kind to your mind and Mindfulness and Laughter. 

All 5 topics are available as one-time presentations.  Additional one-time presentations:  Mindfulness and Children (for parents and caregivers), Mindful Eating

RELAX:  Alternatives to Anger - 4 session series for adults.  Topics include; What is anger, Calming down and de-stressing, The six principles of problem solving and Forgiving and letting go of the past.

All 4 topics are available as one-time presentations.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6 session series for adults.  This educational program is designed to help family caregivers - no professional caregivers please.   This program will help you take care of yourself while caring for a relative or friend.  You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend or someone who lives at home, in a nursing home or acrosss the country.
