Interested in preserving food, but don't know where to start? Want to learn about the latest updates? Come learn what's new with food preservation with hands on canning experiences. 2015 classes and dates: Class size is limited to 20 participants and will be held at KBIC Senior Center in Baraga, MI. All classes will be held from 4:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. ET.

  • June 25: Learn to make jams and jellies
  • July 23: Homemade pie fillings
  • August 20: Pickling: it isn't just for cucumbers!
  • September 29: Too many tomatoes? Learn to preserve them safely
