Fall is just around the corner and depending on the weather there may still be a good selection of produce in gardens or at the farmers markets.  Join us for an informative session to learn about blanching and freezing, water bath and pressure canning fall produce.  This class will provide you with handouts and resources, as well as demonstrations, to ensure your fall produce is safely processed for the months ahead.

The cost of the workshop is $15.00. Registrations for SNAP and WIC participants will be waived upon verification at check-in.

This workshop will be taught by an experienced MSU Extension food safety educator.
