Are you looking for ways to more cost-effectively provide energy on your farm? Have you considered harnessing the natural energy of the wind, sun, water or energy crops? Make plans to attend the Powering Michigan Agriculture Conference on Thursday, March 9 at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center in East Lansing, Mich.

During this day-long program learn more about various renewable energy technologies that are available for Michigan farms. Presentations will focus on wind, solar, biomass, anaerobic digestion, geothermal technologies and lightiong, how they can be applied to your farm to conserve energy, and the pros and cons of each technology. In addition, a special track will be done solely on project funding. At the conclusion of teh program, be equipped to to identifiy which of these technologies is most suitable to help meet your energy management goals. Walk away with the resources and tools needed to implement these technologies on farm.
