David Hall has been on the front of the evolving field of sustainability for the past 15 years. Living in a nonprofit experimental eco-village for 10 years provided a variety of training in numerous holistic practices, including: organic gardening and orchard management, landsaping, animal husbandry, community building, conflict resolution, and consciousness studies. He founded and managed a bee rescue operation which has saved over 4.5 million bees from extermination, and is a beekeeper. Studying plants, human health, and nutritional sciences for 20 years has led him to developing an integrated approach to whole systems application, which he is currently implementing in a documentary project with a collective of designers and sustainability practitioners.
