Due to the inclement weather, we have had to change our Pasture Walk to Monday, June 29, 2015.
Edward Yoder began milking cows this past year and depends on grazing for quality forage. He clips pastures to control the spread of undesirable species and he applied nitrogen to pastures yesterday. This is a good opportunity to talk about pasture productivity and quality for your cattle so that calves will grow well. Come and share your experience and learn from that of others. It starts at 7 p.m. with hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill! While no registration is required, we would like to hear if you plan to come so that we get meat on the grill for you! Just email or call and let me know.
