The 4-H Outdoor Adventure Challenge (OAC) uses the outdoors to help teach youth valuable life skills. Adult volunteers are trained to be able to facilitate learning in a variety of outdoor experiences to develop these critical life skills. This OAC camping workshop is a training opportunity for leaders and volunteers.

The OAC camping workshop will take place February 13-15 at Pigeon River State Forest near Vanderbilt, Michigan. The training will cover aspects of winter camping including shelter building, equipment, outdoor activities, food preparation, fire building and more. Participants should bring their own equipment and supplies. Contact Nick Baumgart if you need additional equipment.

Leaders and volunteers interested in attending should submit the registration form by February 6.
