Cooking Matters educates participants on how to select and prepare nutritious and budget friendly ingredients to prepare healthy meals for their families. Participants will learn skills and knowledge and gain the confidence to enrich their families with nutritious and wallet friendly meals. Plan balanced meals, learn food safety, get cooking tips from a chef, and prepare recipes in class.

Cooking Matters classes held on Monday's on March 3, March 11, March 25, April 1, April 8 and April 22.
