Six part nutrition and parenting series. Fridays 2:30-4:30 PM,starting July 23 thorugh August27, 2012.  Nutrition Topics:Serving sizes, My Plate/My Pyramid,  food labels, watching for fats and sodium, fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, protein, meatless meals, menu planning, snacks, and shopping.  

Parenting Topics: Communication, brain development, infant/toddler development, understanding feelings, dealing with stress, family rules, positive discipline, building self worth.
