Six part nutrition and parenting series. Mondays 6-8 PM, startingJuly 23 thorugh August27, 2012. Nutrition Topics: Serving sizes, My Plate/My Pyramid, food labels, watching for fats and sodium, fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, protein, meatless meals, menu planning, snacks, and shopping.
Parenting Topics: Communication, brain development, infant/toddler development, understanding feelings, dealing with stress, family rules, positive discipline, building self worth.
