Nurturing Parenting Series

Nurturing Parenting is a 5-week series based off of Stephen Bavolek’s evidence-based Nurturing Parenting, this program is for parents, grandparents, childcare providers and others who care for children ranging in age from birth to teens. Participants will learn what nurturing is and how to be a nurturing parent. They’ll discover how to discipline without spanking and help build self-esteem. The sessions also cover enhancing positive relationships with children, handling stress and anger, and understanding child growth and development as well as the brain development of children and teens. Nurturing Parenting increases skills that promote positive family relationships.

When: Monday’s from 6:00-8:00 PM

 9/10, 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8
