Join us at Sanilac MSU Extension for a two hour workshop on Moving from Bystanders to Allies. Bullying is not an isolated process involving only those who carry out harmful behaviors and those who are targeted. It nearly always takes place within a larger social context that involves many others as witness to what’s going on. Some of these witnesses actively support and reinforce the negative behaviors. Many experts believe that tapping the power of bystanders is the key to making changes in settings where bullying takes place. The workshop will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at the MSU Extension office in Sandusky. Registration is required online at www.greatstartconnect.com  or by calling MSU Extension, 810-648-2515, Ext. 116. A $10 training fee is payable at the door on the day of class.
