People understand and use money within the context of their culture and life experiences. While there is no “right” or “wrong” way to handle money, some ways are more likely to increase financial control and independence.
Using the Dollar Works 2 curriculum, this seminar will teach you the essentials of:
- Making money decisions
- Managing your spending plan
- Using credit wisely
- Saving and investing
- Understanding identity theft and fraud
This three-part workshop will take place on November 11, 18, and 25, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at West Shore Community College, Room 751, 3000 North Stiles Road, Scottville, MI 49454.* Classes are free and open to the public.
