People understand and use money within the context of their culture and life experiences. While there is no “right” or “wrong” way to handle money, some ways are more likely to increase financial control and independence.

Using the Dollar Works 2 curriculum, this seminar will teach you the essentials of:

  • Making money decisions
  • Managing your spending plan
  • Using credit wisely
  • Saving and investing
  • Understanding identity theft and fraud

This workshop will take place February 9 and 16, 2016 from 6:30 - 9 p.m. at the Greenville MCC Campus, 1325 Yellow Jacket Drive, Greenville, MI 48838. The workshop costs $10.00 and is open to the public. Registration required by contacting Jim Buxton at 616-527-5357 or buxtonji@anr.msu.edu.
