Autopilot is the way we typically respond. Our brain is wired to go down the same pathways we have used before, to have the same thoughts and feelings, to behave the same way we have before. Mindfulness offers a way out of this trap.
You can sign up for one, for all, or pick and choose. Each class is $5. No refunds. Space is limited, pre-registration recommended. Onsite registration is allowed, depending on space available. We recommend you email the instructor the day of. You will be sent an invoice via email, following the class.

- May 23 - Laughter is Good Medicine - learn the benefits of laughing for the health of it. $5
