The Mid Michigan Cattle Network is a way to connect with other Mid-Michigan cattle producers to have roundtable discussions, sit in on informative programs and take tours of different cattle farms. The programs are presented in a relaxed, informal, Q & A discussion format. The meetings take place on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, with the exception of July and November. Winter programs take place at the MSU Extension office in Gladwin County starting at 7:00pm. Any person that is interested in joining the network can call Kable Thurlow at 989-426-7741 or email him at thurlowk@anr.msu.edu.

Participants will be able to view warm season annuals that will be used for grazing beef cattle. There will also be a Rainfall Simulator demonstration from Michigan State University Extension. This event also qualifies as a MAEAP Phase 1 meeting.
