Greetings Master Gardeners! 

Do you need to complete continuing education hours for 2018, but simply haven’t found the time? 

Did you think the webinars offered earlier this year sounded interesting, but your plans to watch them kept getting interrupted?

Now is your chance!

The Oakland County Extension Master Gardener Program will be hosting a two part binge-watch of gardening webinars just in time to add to your continuing education hours for 2018!

When:       Saturday, December 8, from 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. and Monday, December 10, from 4:30 - 9 p.m.

Where:      Oakland County Executive Conference Center, 2100 Pontiac Lake Rd, Waterford Twp, MI 48328

Saturday, December 8

      8:30 a.m. - Dealing with Drought
      10:30 a.m. - Squash bee Citizen Science Project
      VMS Ambassadors/Buddies will be available until 12:30 p.m.

Monday, December 10

     VMS Ambassadors/Buddies will be available starting 4:30 pm
     5 p.m. - Pesticides, People and Pollinators
     6:20 p.m. - The Weird and Wonderful World of Plant Galls
     7:30 p.m. - Powdery Mildew: Biology and Management in the Garden

VMS Ambassadors and VMS Buddies will be available through the entire session each day to answer questions about 2018 hours entry. Feel free to stop by for assistance, even if you don’t stay to watch a webinar. They can also help you register to become a Pollinator Champion, if you’re interested.

There is no charge for this event.

Registration is requested so that we can confirm adequate seating.

You are welcome to attend any or all of the webinar showings, but remember that each webinar can only be counted for continuing education credit once.
