Introduction to Food Preservation - MSU Extension Food Safety Educators will present the latest research on preserving foods at home. The discussion will include various equipment, methods and processing of fruits and vegetables safely using researched based resources. This workshop is targeted at the novice to the experienced preservers.   

The cost of the workshop is $20.00. Registrations for SNAP participants will be waived upon verification at check-in.

This workshop will be taught by an experienced MSU Extension food safety educator.
