Young children are curious, excited, interested in exploring and eager to try new things. Discover ways to encourage that sense of inquiring through hands-on science activities that are simple, inexpensive, safe and very appropriate for preschool and after-school programs. Learn how to help young children develop problem solving, critical thinking and communication life skills.

This training, for childcare providers, parents and others caring for young children is being offered in partnership with the Southeast Michigan Great Start to Quality Regional Resource Center.

Participants should register for this training online at http://www.greatstartconnect.org/

There is a $10 registration fee that must be paid online prior to the course, through the Great Start Connect system. Participants will receive a certificate for two hours of training.
