Buying a house is a huge investment - most likely it is the largest single transaction you will ever make. The last thing you want to get saddled with are surprise costs, a mortgage you cannot afford or find problems with your new home that could have been found earlier with a proper home inspection. With Homebuyer Education, you will come into your housing search with valuable information about the process that will help you navigate the technicalities and avoid falling into a money pit.
You will learn:
- The pros and cons of homeownership
- The importance of good credit

- How to determine how much house you
- The costs of homeownership
- Mortgage loan basics
