Learn about canning recommendations and updates from the USDA. Free pressure canner gauge testing will be available.

This canning workshop will be held in the MSU Montcalm Extension Office Conference Room/Kitchen from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 23, 2012. 

Preregistration is required and registration is limited to 10 participants due to the kitchen  size.

There is a $15.00 registration fee. Registration can be done by calling the MSU Montcalm Extension Office at 989-831-7500 during regular business hours which are 8:30 a.m. until noon and 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
