Food Preservation- Jam's and Jellies class is available on March 1, 2016 at 12:30-3:30 p.m. OR 5:30-8:30 p.m. Please choose one session to attend. Cost is $10. Michigan State University Extension food preservation workshops cover a variety of topics custom to each workshops target audience. Food preservation topics may include freezing, boiling water bath canning, pressure canning and dehydrating.  MSU Extension food safety educators Using up to date research methods, participants learn how to successfully and safely preserve food. Through community-based approaches, MSU Extension delivers high-quality and affordable education to serve the needs of children, youth, families, and communities. MSU Extension programs focus on disease prevention and management, social-emotional wellbeing, nutrition and physical activity and food safety.
