This class will review the basics of preserving food at home. There will be a demonstration of equipment and research-based information received. Attendees will receive an introduction to water bath and pressure canning, types of equipment, recipes and latest research.
Fee is $10 per person or couple. The event takes place 5:30-7 p.m. on March 12.
