The purposes of this workshop are to help farmers learn how to use an energy audit to develop an energy management strategy that:
2. Effectively leverages utility company rebates and Federal grants and low interest loans to implement energy conservation practices recommended by an audit.
3. Facilitates applying for renewable energy project funding.
There is an unprecedented amount of money available to farmers who want to implement energy conservation practices on their farms.
Workshops are sponsored by MSU Extension, Consumers Energy, and DTE Energy.
